No more tokens, cash, tickets, or coins. Just drive through the toll booth lane displaying the EZ Pass sign and the toll amount will automatically be deducted from your pre-paid account.

You set up your pre-paid EZPass acount with a credit card, personal check, or cash. Many gas stations and convenience stores sell the EZPass ‘transponders’ and then you’ll just go online to the EZPass site to activate your account. When your balance runs low your account will automatically be replenished with your credit card, or you’ll need to pay by check or cash.

You can buy either an EZ Pass from NY or NJ.  EZ Pass NY can be used on all bridge and tunnel tolls, plus at Newark, LaGuardia, and JFK International airports.EZ Pass NJ also covers the toll roads of the NJ Turnpike, Garden State Parkway, the Atlantic City Expressway, and all Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and Delaware crossings.

  • EZ Pass NJ tags will pay the CASH TOLL at East River and Harlem River Crossings.
  • EZ Pass NY tags will pay the CASH TOLL at Hudson River Crossings.
